My device is not being recognized, is it defective?
- Please ensure that your device is connected directly to the USB Port of your Mac and not behind a Hub (for example the Apple Keyboard)
- Click on the Apple-Logo in the Menu in the top left corner of your screen.
- Press and hold the Cmd/Alt Keys and click on "Systeminformation...".
- A new window will open. In the list on the left, please choose "USB".
- In the right list you should be able to find an entry "tizi USB DVB-C" or "tizi Video Recycler".
